I ordered three of these books for my employees. Everyone had serious printing errors and was totally unusable!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I work as a physician and am involved with leadership within a hospital system and medical clinic. I have learned much about the importance of recognizing certain traits that allow me to work much more effectively with peers. I have also learned to recognize skill sets that are necessary to complete tasks. I would recommend this book to anyone involved in leadership or in situations where recognizing personalities can benefit an organization.
